Back in about 1986 or 1987, WFC came out with its own Eurovision-esque club song called The Dons Song. It contained the immortal lyrics: We’re SW19’s army And winning is our game We’ll entertain you ever more Like we’ve done at the old Plough Lane A work of genius, I’m sure you’ll agree. It was available one time via WUP but seems to have disappeared. Either the PRS got the hump or music listeners everywhere threatened violence.
