Where does the money donated to SaveAfricaNow Inc. go?
SaveAfricaNow Inc. has several unique programs in Africa including Child Sponsorship, Salama Project, Adopt-a-House, Adopt-a-Business, Seed of Greatness and the Task Force volunteer experience. It also has two awareness programs – Revolution and My Name is Someone. Approximately 84% of funds donated goes toward our programs, while 16% is spent on administration and fundraising. When funds are designated for a specific program, 84% of those funds go toward that program. If funds are not designated toward a particular program, it is directed to the general fund and spent on the programs that need it the most at the time. SaveAfricaNow Inc. also receives income from non-donation related sources such as sales and corporate sponsorship of events. This income goes to help bring awareness. SaveAfricaNow Inc. is committed to empowering orphans in Africa, and is continually looking for ways to reduce administrative costs in order to help more children.
