Where does the money come from to start new life-saving programs?

There is no grant money associated with JAMO. While the ASPCA will pay for training and consultation, funds to implement new practices or programs are the responsibility of the organizations involved. It has been our experience in the Target Communities that many of the most effective changes in program and practice are not expensive to implement.
