Where does the interview for my Video Memoir take place?
The video interviews are usually conducted at your home. We will conduct the video interview where you feel most comfortable. To avoid distractions, it is best for other family members to not be in the same room with you. Even if the Video Memoir includes the story of two people, such as a married couple, its best to interview each person individually. We might need to make some adjustments to put you in the best light. For example, we may ask you to sit in a different chair or we could move your chair to a better location in the same room. Speaking of lights, we use professional video lights that can heat up a tad and are very bright. You may want to take this into consideration when choosing what clothes to wear for the interview or whether you want to wear makeup and how much. We use professional lavaliere microphones that we will ask you to attach to your clothing.
