There are two permanent staff based at Blackwood Special Schools Outdoor Education Centre and their wages do come from the Department via a Melbourne based Special School. Therefore the Centre operates on:- • Annual Administration Fees paid by the Special Schools • Camp Fees • Event Fees (ie In-Service, Alpine Ride, Super Ride) • Generosity of the Special Schools that utilize the Centre All of this funding goes towards the general running and up keep of the Centre or into the running of the specific event.
