• The ActiveX control for Windows systems resides in C:\[WINDOWS or WINNT]\Downloaded Program Files\CobAgent4 Class. • On OS X Macs the eCare Internet Explorer plug-in resides in the Library: Internet Plug-Ins folder in the logged in user’s home folder.
