Where does the draft LEP and DCP apply?
The draft LEP applies to all land in the Parramatta Local Government Area with the exception of the Parramatta City Centre as shown in the map. The draft DCP applies to all land within the Parramatta Local Government Area except for the Parramatta City Centre and the land covered by the following deemed development control plans: • Eastwood Brickworks Final Master Plan, adopted by Parramatta City Council • Ermington Naval Stores, adopted by the Director General of the Department of Planning • North Parramatta Mixed Use Master Plan, adopted by the Director General of the Department of Planning • Rosehill Masterplan for the block bounded by Hope, Weston, Arthur Streets and James Ruse Drive, Rosehill, adopted by Parramatta City Council.
