Where does the CyBlock Appliance fit into my network?
A8. Ideally, the CyBlock Appliance is designed to fit “in-line” in your network, behind your firewall or Internet connection. In this location, it transparently sees all traffic passing through it and can filter protocol and HTTP Web traffic. Alternatively, the appliance can also be set up like another computer on your network almost anywhere, becoming an HTTP Web proxy at that location (it cannot block protocols in that scenario).
