The city updates our current job announcements at least once a week and interested candidates may review this listing and apply for current vacancy at any time on this Web site. Summer and temporary job opportunities also are available on the main job opportunities Web page. We also announce our job vacancies through a number of other resources. We mail or e-mail our listing to several area municipalities, college campuses, job service centers and local media sources. The listing is also shown on the municipal television station KACT-TV Aurora 8 (cable channel 8). In addition, we have a 24-hour job line recording at 303-739-7222, and there is a listing of current vacancies in the Human Resources Department at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. We may also advertise some vacancies in the local newspapers, specialized journals and newsletters.
