Where does the Center get funds to operate?
Parents only pay part of what is takes to cover the cost of the child care services provided! ECC’s budget is subsidized by Student Affairs, funds from grants including the Child Care Food Program and Illinois State Board of Education Early Childhood Block Grant also provide monetary support. The university provides the facility and general upkeep free of charge. All of these extra moneys help to keep parent user fees as low as possible.
