Where does the Caller ID information included in EVM messages come from?

All available name and phone number Caller ID information on an incoming call will appear in the subject line of EVM messages. For incoming calls originating from campus phones without a campus voicemail account, only phone number information will appear in the subject of the EVM message. Caller ID blocking will be enforced by EVM.
