Where does the antenna mount?
The small 2.5″ x 3″ antenna can be mounted inside any southern facing window or skylight with a clear unobstructed view of the southern sky. The satellite signal will also penetrate some wooden roofs and XM has an extensive network of terrestrial repeaters in most cities, so other locations inside your business may work as well for the antenna. In cases where an outdoor antenna is required, the supplied 2.5″ x 3″ low profile antenna is weather-proof and can be easily mounted on an external wall pointing in a general southern facing direction with a clear view of the sky.
