Where does Tet In Seattle get its funds?
Tet In Seattle is made possible only by the generous donations and grants from the community. We receive funding from various sources including personal donations, grants, and ticket sales from the Festival Ball. We are also apart of Seattle Center’s Festal which is a year-round celebration of 14 different cultural festival. As such, we receive grants and in-kind donation from the Seattle Center. Throughout the year, TIS volunteers raise funds by participating in community events such as working at Seahawk Football Games. All proceeds go to the organizational costs, administrative costs, marketing costs, fees and honoraria. If there are profits, the funds are rolled-over to the next year as seed money to develop new programs in the future.
