Where does SFGRO get its support and funding?
As of May 2005, SFGRO has obtained fiscal sponsorship from SF Parks Trust who assists with solicitation and management of funds in support of SFGRO initiatives. SFGRO works collaboratively with the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, other city agencies, community gardens and local gardeners to create a stronger, more vital investment in gardens throughout San Francisco. In addition, SFGRO seeks funding from the contributions of community gardens in San Francisco and from interested members of the public.
