Where does PWP water come from?
46% of the water is ground water (from the Raymond Groundwater Basin) and is pumped out of 15 deep wells located throughout Pasadena. The remaining 54% of the water is purchased from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) and consists of a blend of water from Northern California and the Colorado River.
