Where does PRBL normally send email when communicating with parents ?
We send it to the ‘primary’ email address on the account. This is the same email address that you use to login and access your account. _____________________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION: I have changed my ‘primary’ email address and would like to update my ‘online account’. ANSWER: Access your online account (see above FAQ) and click on “Username and Password”. You can then click where it indicates to change your username and password.
