Opportunities are advertised on the OCP website. Regulations require at least one notice in a newspaper of general circulation. Currently, business opportunities are advertised in the classified section of The Washington Times and may appear in The Washington Post, Capital Community Publications (DC North, East of the River, Hillrag), Washington Informer, Washington Hispanic, the Washington Afro-American, and the Asian Fortune. Paper copies are available at the Office of Contracting and Procurement, 441 4th Street, NW, 700S. For capital construction and related architectural and engineering projects copies are available at the Reeves Center, 2000 14th Street, NW, 3rd Floor, Washington, DC 20005.
