Where does Harbor Vintage Motor Co. get its parts?
We started our business originally, by buying the obsolete inventories of older H-D dealerships, scouring salvage yards and purchasing the contents of estates whenever we could. Today with the scarcity of original parts, we are involved in the remanufacture of parts. We purchase parts from other manufacturers around the world who also offer high quality reproduction parts for antique motorcycles. Do you accept orders over the Internet? After much consideration, Harbor Vintage Motor Co. decided that it would be more efficient if we accepted orders for parts and requests for information through other sources, as we have in the past, either through telephone, FAX or mail. We feel this will lead to fewer problems involving orders for parts that might not be in stock at the time of the order, incorrect prepayments, and the inability to correctly calculate the cost of shipping due to the many variables involved.
