Where does Global Link Communication currently provide service?
As a regional phone company, we currently offer service throughout Maryland. Are Global Link Communication’s local calling areas the same as Verizon? Yes. We offer the same calling areas as Verizon. What about toll calls? Toll calls are intrastate regional calls. We bill your toll calls as long distance calls, and you will be charged the same rate as your long distance rate, excluding any free minutes available in your specific calling plan. Can I switch back to Verizon if I don’t like your service? Yes. Within the first 30 days after you switch to Global Link we will switch you back to Verizon at no cost to you. After that time, there is a one-time fee to switch back. Will I have to sign a long-term contract? No. You may stay with the calling plan you choose as long as you wish, or you may switch to another plan if your needs change.
