Where does communication come to life in the workplace?
In the beginning stage of starting a business or organization, there is a need for communication. The founders need to communicate as they develop a business plan and look for financial support. Contact with those sources of financial support relies heavily on effective communication in writing and face to face relationships. As the business develops, the daily operations will depend on all types of communication as leaders and employees deal with planning, organizing, marketing, evaluating and problem solving.
