when you beat the elite 4 go through lots of grass eneywhere and hopefully you will find latias (the red one) on ruby latios (the blue one) on emerald (you catch both) on sapphire you catch kyorge and ruby groundon on emarald both and rayquaza and ho-oh and lugia when you complete it and get a ferry ride to the place where you catch em i dont no the place soz!!!
