Where do you get information on auditions for Nashville Star 2009?

Most obvious place is the Nashville Star website, however, last I heard was that NBC may not be doing another season. Some other website I checked indicated there was an email from Peter Naylor at NBC Universal that said, “From what I have been hearing there will not be another season.” Not sure if this is true just what I read.
