Where do you get a dragon scale in Pokemon emerald?
In LeafGreen and Firered it is at six island.When you are on the waterpath(on the way to the dotted hole)Use surf on the water on the right and surf down, you will see the dragonscale on a piece of land.You can also get it as a prize from the trainer tower. It is also attached to wild Horsea. In Emerald,Ruby,and Saphire it is also attached to wild horsea.
