hello r. as far as i can tell there is no oil filter on that engine,10 hp tecumsch model 0826220,ariens snow blower 924120 ST1024. if you are going to change the oil use 5W30,should take around 20 to 25 o/z do not over fill.the oil drain is located at the bottom side of the engine.hope this helps.
