Where do you find Feebas in Pokemon Diamond version (US)?
OK this took me a very long time to figure out but i went to the enchanted forest go to the cave located in the North go inside u will see a man and he will give u a master ball go to the west up the stairs and take a left go through the door and take a right there will be a set of blue and gold stairs take the blue not gold go up and u will find feebas across from the fountain also talk to the guy in that forest at the start of the game and he will give u one
