Where do we report the count of English Learner and fluent-English-proficient (FEP) students by grade and language?
The count of ELs and FEPs by grade and language will be obtained from the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) spring submission of student-level data. Therefore, these data are not being collected on the Language Census this year. A total count of English learners, however, will be collected in Part 2 this year.
