For off-campus events that are sponsored by administrative units, departments, faculties, and registered student groups, approval to serve alcohol must be granted by Ancillary Services. The approval forms may then be taken to any liquor outlet to obtain the Special Event License. Note: for off-campus events, unused alcohol must be returned to the private liquor outlet within two working days after the event.
