Where do we pick up keys on arrival day?
Cathead Bay Vacation Properties office is located in the Railway Station on the corner of 8th Street and Woodmere Avenue in Traverse City next to the Traverse Area District Library. Maps to the properties will be issued with keys. Upon departure, you may either return the keys to the office in Traverse City or leave the keys on the dining room table in the property. Please be sure to secure all doors and windows prior to leaving. Guests will be charged a replacement fee of $5.00 per key not returned or left in the property.
