Where do we pick up Course Action Forms?
They are located at the School of Architecture Registrar’s Office, Room 120A Campbell Hall. This form is used for courses that are restricted and you need to obtain the professor approval to take the class. The Course Action Form is also used for a class that is full or an independent/thesis course. After obtaining the professor signature please return the form to 120A for entry.
