Submission of a CMS 1500 invoice for EPSDT services will be sent to the same address you use for all your CMS 1500 invoices. EPSDT billing is to be submitted according to the instructions in your appropriate Provider Handbook. EPSDT will no longer be a specialized billing function. PROMISe™ is designed to handle EPSDT claims.
