Where do we go to submit the Chapter 12 Student Services Plan?

You will go to the ED Hub website (www.pde.state.pa.us/edhub) and log in. Once logged in, use the tool PDE Apps in the lower left hand corner. In the drop down box, choose eStrategic Planner (eSP) and click GO (Since this is a popup window, add estraplan.org to your popup blockers— a dialog box will let you know to check for popups). If you are a member of multiple entities, be sure to check the correct one. Click Continue and you will be at the Overview screen. Select the Student Services Plan report. You will need to click on the magnifying glass to enter the report and to click on the pencil to go into each specific section.
