The Schnitzer factory in St.Georgen, BlackForest, Germany ( about 70kms North of the Swiss border) brings together all the components of the Mills and manufactures many of the mill-stones on site. The factory has been operative since 1975, with the Company being formed back in 1968. Books by the Company’s founder, Dr. Schnitzer are still available, with studies of the effects of diet on health at http://www.
