A. The proceeds for hte auction are deposited in the City of Tulsa general fund. The items sold at the auction and the amount of money generated from the sale are posted on the City of Tulsa website. The Police Department does not retain any money from the auction. All money forfeited to the Police Department is deposited in the City general fund.
