Where do the phones go and what happens to them?
We attempt to refurbish each phone and provide it to people who are in need of a mobile phone, at a reduced price. If you send in a Virgin Mobile phone, we attempt to refurbish it and provide it to a new Virgin Mobile customer. This is re-use – the highest form of recycling. If we can’t re-use the phone you send in, then we’ll recycle it in an environmentally correct way.
