Where do the labor time estimates used to calculate repair fees come from?

When developing the QSP database, we employ people with experience in the trade to define the estimated labor times for each repair. The estimated labor time typically includes the time it takes to get the part from the vehicle to the equipment, remove the old part, install the new part, check the system operation, fill out the paperwork and collect payment. Occasionally, QSP users will challenge a time estimate and we will investigate it further. If we find that adjustments should be made, we will do so, improving the time estimate for all QSP users in the future.
