Where do the ESL students in Cedar Falls come from?
• As of August 2001, we have 24 students from 13 different countries speaking 10 different languages. The countries included Iraq, France, China, India, Mexico, Ecuador, Egypt, Colombia, Tanzania, Ghana, Germany, Turkey, and Chile. The language backgrounds of these students include Turkish, French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, Swahili, Akan, Lelemi, and German.
