Where do the debtors/investors get the money to pay back the property investment loan?
The debtors/investors who borrow money from property investment loan lenders pay back their debt by using the money that they earned with the investment. There are generally two ways to earn money through property investments: by renting or by selling. The debtors/investors can obtain money by putting up a “For Rent” sign outside the real estate property that they purchased. By renting the property, the debtors/investors gain money from the leasing amount paid by the tenants. Aside from a “For Rent” sign, the debtors/investors can also put up a “For Sale” sign outside the property. By selling the real estate property for a price that is higher than the original, the debtors/investors will gain more money in terms of profit. This strategy is called capital gain. The debtors/investors have the right to sell the property for a much higher price because the real estate values are more likely to appreciate than depreciate. The accumulated funds from the renting or the selling of a real esta
