The crawfish will be shipped in from live from Louisiana and cooked on site by an award-winning Louisiana chef. Q. Are there any vegetarian options? The only items that do not contain meat or seafood are the side items that are cooked with the crawfish, ie corn, potatoes, mushrooms, onions & garlic. Both jambalaya and the crawfish pasta contain either meat or seafood.
