Where do the candidates come from and how does ResumeArrow promote itself to job seekers?
ResumeArrow promotes itself through listings in search engines, career resource directories and through partnerships with recruiters who earn commissions by sending candidates to ResumeArrow. When you sign up as a recruiter, you will be given the option to join our affiliate program where you will earn $20 for each job seeker you refer. If you don’t want to receive resumes from ResumeArrow but you still want to promote the service and earn commissions, you can simply click the “Affiliate Program” link at the bottom of our home page to join the referral program only.
