Where do students at Avila receive clinical experiences?
Nursing students participate in clinical courses throughout the nursing program. We offer diverse types of experiences in traditional settings such as the acute care setting (e.g., hospital) and in less traditional settings (e.g., hospice, school settings, home care, medical offices, residential treatment centers) all of which help to integrate health promotion and risk reduction concepts.
