Harper doesn’t like but doesn’t dare do to much to change it Dion, Thinks it’s nice Layton, thinks they have screwed it up and needs improvement 2 Harper, is trying to downplay things hoping they won’t get worse Dion, Says he has a plan to fix it Layton, assumes it is going to get worse, and hopes it’s fixable 3 Harper, could care less Dion, passionate to the point of silliness Layton, thinks it is business’s fault and wants to punish them for polluting and scr*wing up the climate.
