The demographic of people joining us is changing significantly. Ten years ago, many applicants came to us at the end of their corporate careers. Now, we are noticing an exciting new trend: people are joining us at the height of their careers. When they leave World Vision Australia, they often work in the World Vision partnership, return to the corporate world or move into another not for profit organisation.
