Where do SEP students come from?
Students attending SEP are primarily from states on the west coast, but many students have traveled to SEP from as far as Texas, Alaska, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, New Zealand, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, the United Kingdom and Japan. If you would like to request a roommate from another state or country, you can do that on your SEP application. Many students return to SEP annually; out of the roughly 275 students who attend the program each year, about 60% of them are returning students, and 40% are first time attendees.
Students attending SEP are primarily from states in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington and Idaho). However, students have traveled to SEP from as far as California, Alaska, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, New Zealand, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, the United Kingdom and Japan.
