Resident registration fees for this years conference are $350. Checks must be made payable to ‘Eastern States Conference for Pharmacy Residents and Preceptors’ and sent to Amy L. Dzierba, at the following address: Amy L. Dzierba, Pharm.D., BCPS 284 West 12th Street, Apt 11 New York, NY 10014 We also accept payment via PayPal. The resident fee for registration is a total of $350.
