Where do official stenographers work?
Most stenographers work on their own, but they can also work as part of a group of stenographers in a shared office space. Stenographers get assignments from numerous clients, especially lawyers. Their place of work changes depending on the client and they must go wherever their assignment takes them, whether it be the courthouse, or for a negotiation at a law firm or in a company.
