Where do my agents see their maildrop email address?
Firstly, your agents need to have the “upload doc” permission in order to be given a maildrop address. Once they have that permission, have them log in to the system and then go to the Working Docs tab. On the right hand sidepanel there, they should click on the Email Documents link. That will show them their maildrop address.
