Where do MFR mediation sessions take place?
Mediation usually takes place at our Cambridge Office Workplace or organizational mediations often occur on-site. Court-related mediations are frequently scheduled at the courthouse on the trial date. For certain situations mediation can be run through a telephone conference call and increasingly we are managing disputes through email.
