If you are going from the airport to the pier, please exit baggage claim doors and use the crosswalk to the center median. Our yellow uniformed representative will be waiting for you and assist you to the Roberts Hawaii vehicle. Due to security regulations, your uniformed representative will call up the vehicle where it is standing by at a close hub parking area. Please have your ticket voucher ready to provide to your driver. Flight delays are checked throughout the day so you can be assured that the Roberts Hawaii vehicle will be there.
