Where do I view court files and subpoena documents?
• There is a secure viewing area in the resource room to view your court file and documents produced to the court under subpoena • Persons viewing court files and documents need to produce identification before being allowed access to the viewing area • Only parties to proceedings, their legal representatives or court authorised experts may access the viewing area of the resource room to view a court file or documents • You will be asked to lock away any personal items/briefcase during viewing • The resource room and viewing area is monitored by security cameras • You must make an appointment: • To view a court file contact the Records section on 08 9224 8205 • To view subpoena documents contact the Subpoena section on 08 9224 8304
