The IRB no longer requires a clean copy of the consent to be uploaded with the tracked changes copy. To upload tracked changes copies of consent forms, select [Edit] beside the consent listed. Only one version of each consent should be visible. Upload tracked changes copies of consent forms when revisions are requested by the IRB or for changes in research.
